These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Feedyio app and website, operated by Happyapps. By installing the app you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Feedyio is a Shopify app that generates and synchronizes product feeds to third-party marketplaces, comparison sites and networks. Features available depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and authority to bind it to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the product data you sync.
3. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, subscription fees are billed monthly through Shopify according to your chosen plan. There is no setup fee and you may cancel at any time.
Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit unlawful product data, or attempt to disrupt our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate marketplace rules or these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Feedyio and its software, templates and branding remain our property. You retain all rights to your own product data and content.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for third-party marketplace decisions, including listing approvals or rejections. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
