Our affiliates are very important to us. We do our best to treat you with the fairness and respect you deserve, and we ask that you be treated with the same consideration.

Before you start reading about terms and conditions, make sure you have read about Feedyio affiliate program here and you are familiar with terms such as “Successful Referral”, “Acceptable Shopify Store”, “Commissions”, etc.

1. Partnership Obligations

1. If your referral violates our general rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partnership. You can familiarize yourself with the terms of use by visiting this link.
2. Feedyio retains the right to terminate this partnership and your participation in the Affiliate Program immediately and without prior notice should you engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the program in any way. Feedyio shall not be held liable for any commissions related to such transactions in the event of such fraudulent sales or abuse.
3. Feedyio will not pay for installation rewards if the referral fails to meet the necessary criteria or is not associated with an acceptable Shopify store. 
4. Websites featuring application catalogue similar to Shopify App Store are excluded from the partner program 

2. Termination

Either you or we may end this partnership at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. The written notice may be in the form of an email.

3. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Partnership at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified by email.

Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Feedyio Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable, your only option is to end this Partnership. Your continued participation in Feedyio Affiliate Program after posting the change notice or new Partnership on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.

4. Payment

Once an affiliate reaches the minimum withdrawal amount for a specific app, they can request a payment. The payment requests are under the 'Shoffi' -> 'Payments' page. The minimum amount an affiliate needs to reach in earnings to ask to withdraw their balance is $50$.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Affiliate shall refer potential clients/customers as requested by the Company. Affiliate does not represent or warrant that such referrals will create any additional profits, sales, exposure, brand recognition, or the like. Affiliate has no responsibility to the company if the referrals do not lead to the Company's desired result(s).

6. Confidentiality

Each party will only use Confidential Information to perform its obligations under the Terms and will not cause or allow the information to be disclosed except:

1. where required by law, court order or any governmental or regulatory body;
2. to any of its employees, officers, sub-contractors, representatives or advisers who need to know the information in order to discharge its obligations under the Terms and agree only to use the information for that purpose and not to cause or allow disclosure of that information;
3. where the information has become generally available to the public (other than as a result of disclosure in breach of the Terms by the party or any of its employees, officers, sub-contractors, representatives or advisers);
4. where the information was available or known to it on a non-confidential basis before being disclosed under the Terms; or
5. where the information was developed by or for it independently of the Terms and is received by persons who are not the disclosing party.
